We do not sell or share your personal information.

RentalApplication.ai does not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and analogous state laws. This is true regardless of any browser signal you send us.

We disclose personal information only for the limited operational purposes described in our Privacy Policy and to the categories of recipients identified there (the consumer reporting agencies that supply data, our service providers and processors under written contract, your screening Subscriber, professional advisors, and government authorities as required by law).

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") browser signal as an opt-out preference signal under the CCPA and applicable state laws. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising for that browsing session, and — if you have an account — for that account going forward.

You can enable GPC in supporting browsers (Brave, Firefox, DuckDuckGo, Mozilla Privacy Network, and others) directly from your privacy settings, or by installing a GPC-supporting extension.

Other privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or limit our use of your personal information. To exercise any of those rights, please use one of the following:

We will verify your identity before responding and reply within the timeframe required by your state's privacy law (generally 45 days). If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our denial; see Privacy Policy §15.5 for the full appeals process.

Confirm your election

Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out toggle is necessary. If you would like a written confirmation of your no-sale election on file with us, send an email to Contact@RentalApplication.ai with the subject "No-Sale Confirmation Request". We will respond with a written confirmation within thirty (30) days.
