Our story
RentalApplication.ai is built and operated by Lotly Software LLC, the team behind Lotly — a real-estate technology platform serving thousands of US landlords and renters since 2021. We started Lotly to fix the messiest parts of small-portfolio rental management. Tenant screening was the worst of them.
Every existing tool we tested forced one of three bad trades: pay a monthly subscription you'd barely use, sign up for property-management software you didn't need, or settle for a thin report that skipped income or housing-court records. We spun out RentalApplication.ai as a single-purpose product to fix that.
What we believe
- Pay only when you screen. No subscription, no minimum, no contract.
- Speed matters. Most reports should be back inside a minute. The rest within a day.
- Fairness matters more. Reports are FCRA-compliant. We never recommend, score, or reject applicants on your behalf — we deliver verified information and you make the decision.
- Less software, not more. One page in, one report out. We don't try to also be your accounting or maintenance tool.
